Three men and a woman have been arrested in Netaji Nagar on Saturday for alleged extortion and theft from a resident who had taken a loan from the woman but was unable to return the amount, police said.
The complainant had purportedly taken a loan of Rs 10,000 from his friend, the woman, but as he was unable to return the money, the woman and three of her friends went to his house and allegedly forced him to part with his ATM card and its PIN, the police said.

The woman also allegedly took his laptop and later demanded Rs 20,000 to return it.
Based on the complaint, the police arrested the woman and her three associates on Saturday.
