As we enjoy the nip in the air, Skybar at Capella, AltAir has decided to pay homage to the farmers whose fruits of labour are what we all enjoy. With ingredients freshly procured from local farmer’s markets of Meghalaya, Manipur, Darjeeling, Purulia and so on, the Sunday Brunch, speaks of diversity and flavours.
“We did not aim for the typical brunch. We wanted to host a fun brunch. We do not have the typical garlic bread and French fries. We have rather included diversity, keeping the roots to the farmer’s markets,”said chef Chiranjib Chatterjee, cluster executive chef, Ambuja Neotia Hospitality.
