Members-only clubs, private lounges and bespoke experiences are trending big, as the buzz returns to socialising. Curated down-time is the next big trend and Saz - American Brasserie’s A Ta Maison (ATM) experience is targeted towards fulfilling this demand. The members-only room at Saz offers a luxurious, intimate set-up, smattered with leather couches, wood-panelled walls, a library, a collection of cigars, a music dock, a PlayStation and a stream-friendly entertainment system. So, members can book the room for a movie date, a streaming night with friends, business tête-à-têtes or a spend a quiet evening with a glass of Malbec.
The contemporary private member’s club is designed to provide privacy and exclusivity to its members, along with a host of privileges. “It’s an access-only experience, members can avail the facilities, from the cigar lounge and the library to streaming facilities, gaming stations, butler services etc. Post the pandemic, we’ve also opened up certain facilities to non-members, since the demand for intimate, smaller experiences is booming. A non-member room can book a room for 25-30 people for three hours, given that the space is available and the minimum billing is met. This has been quite popular for date nights, smaller business meets etc,” says Shashank Kapur, general manager, operations.
Saz offers two kinds of memberships – Access-only and Premium. The Access-only membership offers passcode access to the ATM room, invitation to members-only events and deals, 15% discount on their total food and beverage bill at ATM Member’s Only Room and Saz and Rs 4,000 (out of the total membership fees) is redeemable on the member's birthday month towards a bottle of wine, liquor or champagne.
“The Premium membership offers all of this along with the access to the ATM room in Delhi’s Saz and discounts at award-winning sister restaurants in Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Goa and some other perks,” Kapur adds.
