The UK recently conducted the world’s first AI Safety Summit, after which UK PM Rishi Sunak decided to interview Elon Musk. Elon Musk spoke about the future of artificial intelligence while Sunak pondered on the artificial intelligence of his intelligence agencies, especially in Ukraine. Luckily the trending hashtags have now moved on to Israel and Hamas so I hope you have all suitably adjusted your empathies.

Musk said, “It’s hard to say exactly what that moment is, but there will come a point where no job is needed.” This caused the stock price of LinkedIn to fall by 599%. He said, “you can have a job if you wanted to have a job for personal satisfaction.” Many divorced women responded that they get much more personal satisfaction from collecting lifetime alimony rewarded by our artificially unintelligent laws when it comes to men’s rights.

Musk also has a new AI startup called xAI. Many of you may feel that your ex’s intelligence was entirely artificial in hindsight. But unfortunately, you were far too distracted by their hind sight to see all the red flags right in front of your face. Musk spoke about the future implications of artificial intelligence and looked pointedly at Sunak like a red flag right in front of his face.

He believes that AI has the potential to become the most disruptive force in history and could eventually make human jobs obsolete. TikTok may have convinced you it is far more beneficial for humanity if some jobless humans were made obsolete instead. But until then, you will still have to get a print-out of a 27-tab excel sheet because your boss has artificial intelligence.

According to Musk, there will come a time when AI will be smarter than the smartest human. He compared AI to a magic genie that can grant unlimited wishes. At this, Will Smith’s genie from the “newly original” Aladdin appeared and slapped Musk across the face shouting: “Keep the name of my wife’s AI out of you f--- mouth”. At this, Jada Pinkett Smith laughed very loudly and then her wig fell off, and so did her mask.

However, Musk also warned about the threats AI poses to humanity. He once said that AI could be more dangerous than nuclear weapons and has called for a pause in the development of AI more advanced than OpenAI’s GPT4 software. Then he quietly messaged the aliens that Earth was ready for invasion and they could use his Starlink satellites the same way the aliens did in Independence Day.

Musk’s comments were made after a landmark summit in Bletchley Park, England. At this summit, world leaders tried to agree on a global communique on AI and discussed the risks it poses to humanity. But then, the trending hashtag changed and everyone suitably adjusted their empathies. So please show me some artificial… err.. real love with a like, a share and a comment.
