Yes, you read that right. An entire day dedicated to our favourite hobby – sleeping!

For the uninitiated, World Sleep Day is observed every year on the Friday before the Spring Vernal equinox, or March equinox, and is aimed at increasing awareness about sleep disorders and promoting the need for healthy sleep.
And while many of us may not be acing the scores on the healthy sleep chart just yet, we can poke a rib at our sleeping habits (because life is easier when you can laugh, right?)
