An overhaul is not always necessary to make a great product feel even better, which is the case with the new Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro Series, featuring a flagship PC line-up — the Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 with S Pen functionality and Galaxy Book2 Pro with 5G.

The Pro models come in 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch sizes, while the regular Book 2 360 is only a 13.3. The Galaxy Book2 Pro series features the latest 12th Gen Intel Core processors that allow users to work, video call and game with smooth and reliable performance. Like the names suggest, one is a clamshell design while the Pro 360 is a 2-in-1 convertible with a touchscreen and S Pen support.

There are no significant design changes. Like its predecessor, the smallest Galaxy Book 2 Pro is just 1.92 pounds and 0.44 inches thick but for a machine this light, there are very few compromises. The 15-inch option even accommodates an HDMI port into that tiny chassis.

The important changes come in the way of software experience and the 1080p webcam, which will improve video-call experience. Also included are some new background and face-effect features, as well as an Auto Framing tool that keeps you centered as you move around. The FHD AMOLED displays are brighter but the 16:9 aspect ratio has been retained, though it is falling out of favour among many brands.

The new devices offer Link to Windows / Microsoft Your Phone, which pairs your Galaxy smartphone to your Galaxy Book2 Pro series device, now offers Recent Apps, allowing users to swipe up on their Windows 11 taskbar to check their smartphone’s status and even select their most recently used smartphone apps to use directly on their desktops. With Samsung Multi Control, you can use your Galaxy Book2 Pro series’ keyboard and trackpad while navigating on your Galaxy Tab S8 screen for seamless interactions across devices.

There is no India release date or availability for the two devices but in case you are travelling abroad, do check these machines out.
