Netflix Games has revealed its highlyanticipated lineup of games set to debut this summer. A captivating sizzle reel showcasing five games has been released, promising a diverse range of experiences, including sci-fi adventures, casual gameplay, and titles with previous releases.

Leading the pack is the much-anticipated Oxenfree II: Lost Signals, slated to release on July 12. Serving as a sequel to Night School Studio’s popular sci-fi narrativefocused adventure, Oxenfree, this game was initially announced in April 2021 for Nintendo Switch and PC. However, Netflix Games has now confirmed its availability on various platforms, including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Android, and iOS. Notably, Netflix acquired Night School Studio in September 2021, and the first Oxenfree game made its way to the streaming platform in September 2022, almost six years after its initial launch.

On July 25, Netflix subscribers will be treated to The Queen’s Gambit Chess, an exclusive game set in the world of the popular Netflix series. Players can immerse themselves in the captivating universe of the show, learning chess strategies and participating in competitions that pay homage to the award-winning drama. Expect familiar faces such as Mr Shaibel and Borgov, as well as iconic locations like Beth’s house and the Methuen orphanage.
