MOODS AND MOMENTS

Age was just a number on the dance floor as people aged 25 to 50 matched steps with their near and dear ones. The upbeat music kept the spirits high, and members and their guests let their hair down and partied with hands up in the air.

DECOR

The Far Pavilion section of the club, the party spot for the evening, was decked in pretty fairy lights with green and red streamers and Santa caps that set the mood for the guests.

MUSIC

The evening’s performances started with Kamakshi Rai’s English tracks like Close Your Eyes, I Will Survive and moved on to popular Bollywood numbers like Khoya khoya chand and Kaisi paheli zindgani. “We had a mix set of English and Hindi songs, including blues, vintage Broadway classics, jazzy Bollywood and all the classic numbers. A medley of everything I do best. It is a gorgeous place, singing amidst the golf greens and the members felt fantastic. They always dance to my tunes and I absolutely love that,” said Kamakshi. DJ Rahul’s playlist included classic English and Christmas numbers but later got people on the dance floor grooving to Bolly tracks, like Chammak challo, Dilliwaali girlfriend. “This was my first time at Tolly club. I love the crowd. It was fun to explore that,” said Rahul.
