A Tweet, an Instagram post — that’s all it takes for talent from across the country to become the next viral sensation!

Recently, a video on Twitter grabbed netizens’ attention! It features a namkeen seller from Bhopal, who sings a catchy jingle to attract customers.

Shared by Twitter user @manishbpl with the caption, originally in Hindi, that reads “Bhopal Namkeen Wala. There is no dearth of talent in Bhopal,” shows the snack vendor sitting on a scooter belting out his original composition. He has a bag full of snacks, and his song tells customers about the various munchies he has to offer and their prices — “Nam nam nam nam namkeen ke packets aur tee tee tee tee tees tees rupaiy ke (Packets of namkeen for Rs 30, each)!”

Shared on September 2, the video is now viral and trending with over a lakh views and more than 500 retweets.

Naseem Ahmed, as the man has now been identified, follows in the trend of Bhuban Baidyakar, whose Kacha Badam saw many trending videos with influencers, film and television actors and the entirety of social media grooving to the tune. Following Kacha Badam was the jingle by an elderly gentleman selling guavas, nicknamed by the Internet as ‘Guava dadu’.

Following the fame of his video, Ahmed has reportedly been inundated with calls from people from around the country.
