Sangeeta Agarwal, the 10-year-old boutique on 13, Satyen Dutta Road, is expanding across two floors at its old address. To celebrate the expansion, it has launched a new collection called ‘Monsoon Wedding’ based on a floral theme. The collection ranging from pastels to a dark colour palette, featuring the handcrafted intricacy of the zardozi work, signifies the change in season from summer pastels to darker monsoon hues. The colour palette also makes it apt for the morning as well as evening occasions of the wedding. Alongside its signature blouses and kurtas, from Indo-westerns and Indian ethnics in occasionwear to more contemporary casuals and semi-casuals, the display at the store is all about keeping it subtle and elegant.

The wedding quintessential, the vermilion red outfit is a contemporarily styled ethnic wear piece, enhanced with rich zardozi work.
