Zen, the Asian fine dine at The Park, hosted a Scotch and Malt dinner with the celebrated James Cordiner, Dewar’s Whisky’s India ambassador, who took guests through the different food and beverage pairings while also explaining how each Scotch had a different flavour note and hence a distinct pairing.
The set menu was divided into five different courses and it was a delight to see Asian faves paired so well with malt whisky.
