As part of its 10-year celebrations, Vivanta Kolkata launched the first food festival this month in the form of Stories from Amritsar, an Amritsari food pop-up that’s on till August 13. The spread is available as an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner at Mynt. From kebabs to curries and street food faves, the menu pays homage to Amritsari cuisine which has a great variety of vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian options. t2 gets you the specials.

Palak Dahi Ke Kebab: This melt-in-the-mouth spinach-and-yoghurt kebab will easily put some good non-vegetarian kebabs to shame. The aroma of the spices is balanced perfectly with the dry-fruit stuffing that adds a bite to the silkysmooth appetiser.
