Named after the Italian word serra meaning greenhouse, Serra Cafe aims to replicate a slow, European pace of life along with the greenery and blue skies amidst the busy life of the office para in Sector V. The 1,200sq ft cafe is a glasshouse-themed rooftop haven with a unique architectural design.
With a fully retractable roof, a mezzanine floor and delectable food, Serra offers a complete and mystical experience for their patrons. Serra’s menu boasts delightful offerings like a wide range of coffee blends, an extended continental menu and also the classic street food of Calcutta like Dimer Devil, Fish Fry and many more.
The primary focus of the cafe is to provide a comfortable and familiar ambience to the customers who wants to disconnect from the busy hours of the day and experience serenity for a while. Here’s the first look of Serra Cafe.
Grilled Chicken Salad in Tex Mex Style where grilled chicken strips are mixed with fresh crunchy vegetables and served with ranch dressing and nachos.
The classic Turkish Eggs where poached eggs are mixed with fresh garlic yoghurt.
Southeast Asian style Nasi Goreng which includes caramelised fried rice with veggies, skewered chicken and a sunny side up.
Try the sinful and classic Vanilla Eclair with Dark Chocolate Glaze made from choux pastry filled with smooth vanilla cream and drizzled with dark chocolate sauce
Kamalini Paul, director of Serra Cafe said, “I wanted to gift this city a simple , charming and sustainable home away from home to encourage people to reconnect with themselves.
