This private-dining lounge in gold and red with a honeycomb wall has a L-shaped sofa with colourful cushions, a marble bar counter top, volto or carnival masks and is well lit with a chandelier. It makes for the perfect corner to add the luxurious vibe to birthday parties, ladies’ nights, bachelorettes and more.
Co-owners and partners, Mrinal Kanti Bhunia, Sweety Bol and Rudra Prasad Paul (not in picture) said:“We found this name is justified as sometimes people need to empty their heads to think big or to start fresh. If it’s not empty, it can’t be full again.We are trying to provide some luxury to the party standards in Sector V.We are planning to host live music nights, stand-up comedies, ladies’ nights and more.”
The entrance of The Empty Head looks like a graffiti street with quirky and vivid paintings, which make it the perfect Instagram-worthy spot.
The luscious and chilled Baked Alaska has sponge cake soaked in rum, topped with assorted fruits and nuts, dipped in chocolate syrup and caramelised sugar.
Roast Chicken in a gravy is served with mashed potatoes and stir-fried assorted veggies like broccoli, American corn, mushrooms, carrots and bell peppers.
Achari Paneer Tikka is served in a bird cage with live coal to give the paneer tikka a smoked flavour.
Tandoori Non-veg Platter includes luscious chicken reshmi kebab, chicken tikka kebab, fish tikka kebab and prawn kebab, smoked to perfection with the sizzling live coal.
The Non-Veg Box includes crispy and flavourful finger foods like chicken wings, chicken popcorn, chicken nuggets and chicken balls.
Made with muddled cucumber and gin, this pretty cocktail is called Cucumber Salsa. It is poured in a cocktail glass rimmed with silver sprinkles.
Basically Basil is an orange juice- based mocktail made by muddling orange wedges, basil, and mint leaves.
The Shrimp Cocktail is made with fresh shrimp mixed with Worcetershire sauce, ketchup and horse radish sauce.
Khus and Cilantro is made with khus syrup and muddled cilantro, and served in a bird-shaped glass.
