“My idea since the beginning has been to provide good, fulfilling food. Although this is a café, I do not want it to be focused only on coffee. I would like having diverse options for fulfilling food and alternate beverage options for those who do not like coffee. For the winter menu, we have tried to bring in warm and comfort flavours. In the future too, I want to focus on my initial vision of having good food and maybe, introduce more cuisines,” said Satavisha Sengupta, owner, The Dayroom Café.
