This 13,000sq ft lounge and party pad on the fourth floor of the Park Centre building is an ode to old-world charm along with a few modern elements. The cuisine is easy finger food and filling grub, no-frills tasty food.

“I have been in the hospitality industry for quite some time now with ventures in Ranchi as well as Gurgaon. The Black Cat is my first attempt into Calcutta’s F&B scene and the idea is to create a space that is chill during the day and pulsating at night, just like the nocturnal creatures, that is the black cat or the panther,” said owner Aunindo Bose.
As you walk in you will be greeted by this gigantic panther or black cat installation with wings that also move. This striking entrance feature is a great spot to get your selfies and boomerangs for the 'gram!
The bar has high chairs and a vibrant vibe. Behind the bar is a glimmering ‘The Black Cat’ sign that also lights up. The marble bar top with arches and colourful ceiling add a luxe touch.
