Returning to The Park Kolkata after five years, Chef Tawee has cooked up a culinary storm with his Asian menu. Infused with flavours, creativity and expertise that he gained from his culinary journey in South-East Asian countries, the menu will surely impress you with its distinctive tastes. Curated along with executive chef Ankit Pahuja, the menu reflects his journey through Asia, featuring a delicate amalgamation of spices and textures. From pomelo salad with soft-shell crab to grilled miso bhetki, the menu celebrates the diverse traditional Asian flavours. t2 gets you a taste.

“It’s like coming back home. My first job was here at The Park. Now I’ve worked around the globe and this Asian menu is inspired by all the flavours I’ve worked with for these few years,” said Thai speciality chef Tawee Chaichana (left). “It’s an amalgamation of beautifully sourced international and local ingredients that are paired together keeping our local palate in consideration as well as the gastronomic journey in the City of Joy,” added Ankit Pahuja, executive chef of The Park.
