It has been a great honour to come to the city and I was really excited when I heard that we are having a pop-up here. I really do hope that city dwellers enjoy our offerings,” said chef Salem Lepcha, from House of Ming, Taj Mahal, New Delhi

Here’s bringing you what we loved best.

Prawn and Truffle Siu Mai: Enhanced with truffle oil and black truffle slices, these dumplings have the ideal balance of crustacean flavours along with the umami tartness of truffle.

Steamed Asparagus, Chilli Mustard and Tau Sou: A new addition to the House of Ming menu, this packs in a punch from mustard, which is generally not seen in Chinese cooking. Fermented soya bean sauce adds a further punch.
