The 4 Cheese Chicken Tikka has boneless chunks of chicken marinated with yoghurt, ginger, garlic and Indian spices and cooked in clay oven. The dish is finished off by drenching the chicken chunks in melted processed cheese, yellow cheddar cheese, cream and mozzarella. Served with pickled onion and mint chutney.

(Left) Near and Far is a wine-based cocktail made with tequila, elderflower essence, and lemon juice and topped with rose sparkling wine. Garnished with rosemary.

(Centre) Served in a copper mug, Mexican Squid Games is made with dill leaves-infused tequila, and lime cordial and topped up with grapefruit soda. Garnished with fresh grapefruit slice, mint leaves and shaved ice.

(Right) Sticky Situation is a sweet concoction of dark rum, agave nectar, espresso shot, dark chocolate syrup and topped up with cola. Garnished with coffee powder and Ferrero Rocher.
