The menu has dishes that are all things Mexicana but the Supreme Nachos (in picture, top) which are crispy nachos topped with black beans, sweet corn, melted cheese, lettuce, olives, jalapenos and a dollop of sour cream. ‘The owners, Saket Agarwal, (co-founder of Manifest Hospitality), and his wife Nivedita, are avid travellers. They drew inspiration for this place from their travels to Mexico, recreating what they saw and experienced there, from items on the menu down to the graffiti. Nivedita is behind done the interiors of both Mehico and Sorano,’ said Joshua Benjamin, the marketing manager of Mehico
