Soba Sassy on Ho Chi Minh Sarani opened on December 15 last year with the aim to elevate the Oriental food experience in the city, and, honestly, there has been no looking back for the restaurant that has become synonymous with fantastic food clubbed with crafted cocktails and a vibrant ambience, especially during the weekend. With regulars visiting the pretty eatery often, they have now rolled out a new menu boasting of dishes and cocktails that will give you more reason to visit.

“Calcutta has embraced Soba Sassy with open arms. We have guests who have been here 10-12 times in the last six months. They have pretty much tried everything on the menu. Given the demand from our regulars, we have curated a seasonal offering that has about 25 new dishes. Also, tequila is fast becoming a sip of choice. There are also more variants of aged tequila that are now available in the city than ever before. To sass things up, we have 12 new tequila-based cocktails — improvised Negronis to twisted palomas. They go quite well with the high-energy vibe of Soba Sassy,” said Harsh Sonthalia, co-owner, Soba Sassy.
