With a focus on seafood, Four Coins Cafe’s new menu is a delight for seafood lovers. The new addition promises to sweep customers off their feet with dishes designed to make patrons come back for more at the Lake Gardens’ cafe. From giving the Queen of Fish, Hilsa, a new twist to offering a complete meal with a variety of flavours and textures on the plate, the cosy cafe has big bites in store.

Kamalika Ghosh Banik, one of the founders of Four Coins Café, said, “Being a Bengali, my love for fish is innate. I am happy to create these recipes and present our patrons with something new and exciting. Our customers will certainly enjoy our new marine menu.”

Hilsa Romanesco: Another seasonal delight, tender Hilsa is cooked in a light red sauce. Crispy fish roe completes the meal that's served with flavoured rice.

Gamberi Salsa Bianca: Juicy prawns and flavoured rice presented on a bed of a house-special white sauce is a beautiful symphony of tastes and textures on the plate.

Filetto Di Napolitano: Fresh basa fillet grilled and served on a bed of tangy delectable Marinara sauce, with buttered corn rice and grilled veggies.

Dijon Ilish: Delicately prepared mustard sauce with yoghurt and citrusy hints, smothered on succulent Hilsa is served with flavoured rice and crisp fish roe fritters.

Pesto Pescare: Fresh basa fillet is grilled till they are soft, a bit flaky and irresistible. Served on a bed of freshly made pesto sauce, mashed potato and rice, it makes a full meal.
