Gujarati cuisine is known for its distinct flavour and if you are looking to enjoy a great Gujarati spread, visit Princeton Club. The Prince Anwar Shah Road address is all set to take food connoisseurs on a delectable culinary journey with Gujarati Food Festival on July 22. Members and guests can enjoy the spread over lunch and dinner.The vegetarian fare will include rotis, dal, kadhi, sabzi or shaak. Rustled up by expert chefs with spices from Gujarat, the delicacies include the famous Khandvi, a popular soft roll tempered with coconut, mustard seeds and curry leaves, and Undhiyu Mix, a wholesome and healthy Gujarati vegetable curry cooked with a mélange of veggies — like brinjals and potatoes — and coconut, banana and methi. The menu will spoil guests with traditional Moong Dal Khasta Kachuri, Meethi Puran Poli, besides Vaal Chana Curry, Matar Paneer, Baigan Bharta and more.
