1. The classic Dahi Ke Kebab gets a twist here with a dash of cumin. Meltin-the-mouth Dahi Jeera Kebab is shallow fried with aromatic Indian herbs and served with yoghurt cream sauce.

2. A Bhekti fish fillet marinated in Bengali spices, coated with breadcrumbs, deep-fried and served with salad and homemade kasundi is a great appetiser.

3. Savour the distinct flavour of Yakhni Murgh Pulao at Maple. The romance between rice, tender boneless chicken and Indian spices makes this one-pot meal irresistible.
