“I’ve been a chef for many years at many big food chains. I basically specialise in continental food, but never stopped loving my Bengali food. I’m a big foodie and I love when my mother cooks home food like luchi and mangsho, which give me an authentic taste of Bengali cuisine. There are many Bengali restaurants who serve Bengali cuisine, but with Sutanuti, I want to break away from the monotonous dishes and bring back the the wide variety of dishes that Bengali cuisine has to offer,” said Ranjan Biswas, chef and partner of Saptapadi.
