Santa’s Fantasea introduced 10 new dishes as part of their upcoming 10th-anniversary menu

As a part of their upcoming 10th-anniversary celebrations, Santa’s Fantasea introduced 10 new preparations to its existing menu. Titled the Fantasea Decalogue, it starts with Tanka Torani, an authentic cooler from the villages of Odisha, made from rice water and organic herbs. It also features dishes like Stuffed Squid, a tribal fusion delicacy prepared with squid cubes stuffed with chicken and steamed together; Chicken Wrapped Prawns; Chicken Nest, made with potato and served with tribal red chicken pieces. There are also favourites like Hong Kong Noodles, Pot Rice and more. In addition to these, Santa’s Fantasea also serves a wide variety of pan-Asian seafood preparations like the Devil’s Crab, Smoked Crab, the Oriental star Octopus, the Chilli Mustard Squid, Butter Garlic Lobster and several other seafood delicacies.
