“We have tried to make this section of our outlet more ‘Instagrammable’ by introducing the ‘truck art’ theme, which has turned out to be vibrant and beautiful. The menu is simple and it goes with our theme and the mindset with which we have created it. There is quite a demand for Chinese cuisine, hence we have decided to incorporate it into our new menu. We just want to make sure our diners go home happy and satisfied,” said Asif Ahmed (right) and Anup Mehrotra, owners of Sanjha Chulha.

Sanjha Chulha has opened doors to a new section, which screams all things desi, at their EM Bypass outlet. The new addition to the restaurant feels like a love letter to the popular dhaba culture of North India. Keeping the “truck art” theme in mind, the walls are decked up with colourful murals and designs reminiscent of the ones seen on highway trucks. The vibrant tables and chairs add a pop of colour that immediately catches one’s attention. It is an ideal family restaurant where one can expect to spend some wholesome quality time catching up over a scrumptious North Indian and Indo-Chinese spread.

The generous use of vibrant colours for the interiors livens up the ambience. We love the art on the walls and the full-on Punjabi highway feels.
