Rhyddim, the luxe bar at Taal Kutir, promises a good time

R elax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Eco Park lake and soulful music at Rhyddim, the luxe bar at Taal Kutir which wears a classic and bold decor. Spread over 750sq ft, with a seating capacity of around 60, the bar is done up in shades of rich maroon with golden accents. There’s woodwork, a classic wooden staircase and a beautiful chandelier that adds to the look and feel of the place.

“Rhyddim, a music-inspired retro-bar offers a multi-sensory experience with the perfect blend of music, drink and food. Located in the lawn of the property, Rhyddim offers panoramic views complemented by its signature offerings. Sweeping glass windows offer unparalleled lake views with an illuminated bar display. Our endeavour is to create Rhyddim as a platform for budding music enthusiasts. We envisage Rhyddim as the ultimate place where music will create its own magic,” said Sourav Ghosal, general manager, Taal Kutir Convention Centre Kolkata.

The food derives from Creole cuisine. “Rhyddim’s food philosophy is based on an international approach of small plates with the menu featuring dishes from the Creole cuisine designed to suit the local palate. Each dish is a medley of seasonal produce, favourite flavours, textures and an enticing aroma. A short menu in which each dish complements the beverage of the brand,” said chef Soumyadeep Ganguly.
