Quest mall’s rooftop address, SKAI, is known for its pleasant, chilled-out ambience and good food. The four-year-old lounge has now launched an all-new menu, the first time since the pandemic. While old favourites from the menu have been retained, many more fresh dishes have been introduced keeping in mind the city’s dynamic palate.
“We have stuck to the global cuisine template, but have introduced quite a few small plates. The main course has been divided into segments based on cuisine and cooking style, keeping it easy for the diners. My favourites from the menu are the Spinach, Snow Peas and Bean Goma-ae and the Macadamia and Pecorino Tortellini,” said Niyati Parekh, partner, Global Kitchens Pvt. Ltd.

(l-r) Soft Shell Cauli Tacos, Cottage Cheese Lifafa
Soft Shell Cauli Tacos: Giving a twist to the usual baja or fish tacos are these crispy-fried cauliflower chunks that are stacked on a soft shell taco base with some adobo chilli mayo and salsa.
Cottage Cheese Lifafa: These mini puffs are filled with a spicy paneer or cottage cheese stuffing, and topped with some pepper makhni cream. We love the cute box presentation. Very Instagrammable.
Spinach, Snow peas and Bean Goma-ae
Spinach, Snow peas and Bean Goma-ae: This is easily the most uniquely styled salad in the city. Soft spinach rolls and crunchy snow peas are served on a bed of sesame that is roasted and then mixed with some furikake to create a smooth paste. We love the umami flavours in this one.
Macadamia and Pecorino Tortellini
Macadamia and Pecorino Tortellini: A must-try pasta dish when you visit SKAI is this tortellini that is filled with macadamia nuts and pecorino cheese. The nuts and cheese are a great flavour pairing, and the base is an arugula pesto sauce topped with cherry tomatoes.
