The sitting area overlooks the pool making for a magnificent view. The lamps are made of bamboo fibre, reflecting their commitment to sustainable practices.
MOK's excellent addition to its kitchen, its main USP is the trolly. It offers a unique dining experience to the guests as it goes from one table to another where the chef rustles up kebabs as per the guests' choice. The highlight of the trolly is its versatility. It contains tawa, sigri and tandoor. On the left is the tandoor where Paneer Achari Tikka and Tandoori Aloo are being heated up for a fresh serve. In the middle is Sigri searing Palak Akhrot ki Seekh to perfection. The tawa on the right serves you with delicately fried succulent kebabs. We thoroughly loved those Rajma Galouti kebabs and the Mushroom Galouti kebabs.
Executive Sous Chef Sirajul Rahaman prepared a Tandoori Jhinga Kebab on the trolly. "We are offering typical Awadhi Kebabs here. Our signature items are Mutton Galouti Kebab, Kalmi Kebab, Tawa Macchi Kebab, etc. We have a vast range of vegetarian options too, including Malai Broccoli, Rajma Galouti and Mushroom Galouti. To make the Mutton Galouti Kebab, we mince the mutton at least seven times and prepare it with ghee, cashews and brown onion to retain the original flavour and texture," he said. He further added: "Spice is the soul of great kebabs, and the fire in our kitchen is the heart that brings them to life. At the Ministry of Kebabs, we don't just serve food, we craft flavour experiences that ignite your taste buds and warm your soul. I look forward to everyone visiting and relishing soul-nourishing flavoured kebabs crafted from different parts of the country."
