C elebrating the exotic flavours of Lucknow, Oudh 1590, Calcutta’s favourite period-dining Awadhi restaurant, is back with the 10th edition of The Great Awadhi Kebab Festival. The festival has gained popularity with every edition and this year, they are offering a wide array of exotic kebabs, which is a result of extensive research by the owners on their recent visits to Lucknow. Apart from traditional meat kebabs, there is also a unique selection of fish and seafood kebabs. Some of the mouth-watering kebabs on the menu are Nalli Kebab, Makhmali Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Lobster, vegetarian options like Hara Bhara Kebab, Lucknowi Paneer Seekh, and many more. The Great Awadhi Kebab Festival is being hosted across all Oudh 1590 outlets.

We are the only restaurant in Calcutta that serves a delectable variety of kebabs during this festival. In this edition, we are offering a variety of kebabs which are a result of the extensive research which we undertook during our recent visits to Lucknow. We hope that the response to the festival this year too would be as avid as the previous years,” said Shiladitya and Debaditya Chaudhury, co-founders, Oudh 1590.
Mutton Adraak ke Panje is luscious mutton ribs marinated with house special spices, chargrilled in tandoor. This is an Awadhi speciality.
Paneer Begum Bahar is sweet and savoury cottage cheese kebab stuffed with exotic dry fruits with the delicate flavour of saffron.
Nalli Kebab is a royal preparation of baby lamb leg prepared with Awadhi ground spices. It is charred till it attains the ideal tenderness
The seafood special Smoked Tandoori Lobster, marinated withspecial house spices and roasted to perfection in a clay oven, is a must-try for seafood lovers.
