Nocturne has added some fresh new nibbles to the menu to go with their new range of cocktails

Nocturne, the party pad, has introduced a few mouthwatering bites with some fresh new cocktails to its menu. The 12-year-old club has focussed on global fusion cuisine where they have mixed and matched Indian spices with Asian, Thai and other kinds of cuisines. Nocturne is also serving some curated, colourful and flavorful cocktails by adding a desi touch to them. “We have taken over Nocturne for one year now. So after one year, we wanted to implement a new menu with a new team of chefs that we have recruited. They have crafted a very modern global fusion cuisine for the new menu because it’s been 12 years of this nightclub and we wanted to give it a fresh new flavour. We have retained the signature food items like the Falafel Pita Pockets and Aglio e Olio momos, because people come in and want that,” said Priya Sarkar, general manager of Nocturne.
