At Hyatt Regency Kolkata, sample the flavours of Gujarat with Taste of Sarvatt, an authentic Gujarati pop-up. Using locally sourced ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, master chef Chandan Parmar of Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad will serve specially curated meals of four, seven and nine courses each, ranging from Rs 1,400 - Rs 3,000.

“Gujarati food is extremely varied and has multiple courses and options. I just want to show the same to patrons who have the misconception that we don’t have variety. This pop-up is a way to portray the richness of the cuisine,” says chef Parmar.
