Moti Mahal, the iconic Indian dine den from Delhi, has once again opened doors on Park Street, and this time with a bar menu that has specialty cocktails paired with different dishes. “Originating in the lanes of Delhi, Moti Mahal Deluxe is a fine-dine restaurant founded in 1947 that has been serving exquisite cuisine for over 100 years. The idea behind this restaurant was to present a blend of modern Indian dining and club it with contemporary recipes rooted in distinct cultures and traditions. Moti Mahal has become synonymous with its iconic food steeped in Indian history and traditions with many feathers under its cap as inventors of Dal Makhni, and Tandoori Chicken, to name a few. Now we are taking this forward with introduction of a special range of cocktails and straight-up drinks which are uniquely paired with our signature dishes. Specially curated and exotically presented cocktails rely on exquisite blend of Indian aromatic herbs, flavours and spices like saffron, nutmeg, cinnamon, to name a few,” said Shreekumar Mundhra, franchisee owner, Moti Mahal Deluxe, Park Street.
