Ramazan menu is incomplete without Mutton Haleem made using a blend of lentils, meat and grains.
The Mutton Nihari is the right balance and blend of spices, best enjoyed with a naan.
On the menu: The food court at Quest is now full with Iftar delicacies. This is the first time a food court in the city is serving Iftar food. Choose from various options such as Mutton Haleem, Mutton Nehari, Chicken and Mutton Biryani, Tandoori Chicken. Beverages such as Rose and Badam Sharbat will also be available along with desserts such as Sheer Khorma, Rose Ice Cream and Dates Ice Cream.
Organiser speak: “This is probably the first time Ramazan food is being made available at a city mall food court. The idea was to make this special menu accessible to our guests who can enjoy this food comfortably while visiting the mall,” said Gautam Singh, operations head, Global Kitchens Kolkata.
