Marbella’s, the popular cafe with multiple outlets in south Calcutta, has a new menu that is influenced by global trends and some unique twists have been added to their old menu. Some of their newly introduced items include baos, Harissa Grilled Fish, Buttercream and Lemon Cake, Sangria Cold Brew Coffee and Cheesy Focaccia Sticks. The coffees, shakes and mocktails have also been reinvented with unique touches.
Owner Nikhil Chawla talked about the cafe, saying, “Marbella’s has been the go-to neighbourhood cafe since its inception. The Elgin Road outlet is in the busy shopping area and people stop by for a quick coffee and a meal. The Hindustan Park outlet is overtly charming and the vibes are unparalleled. The boho Spanish vibes and warm hospitality along with a very carefully curated menu has been a favourite with customers for over four years.”

While the dishes are mainly made for the Indian palate, they are based on flavours from around the globe. A good example of this would be our new Jamun Margarita. With the new menu, we wanted to experiment with little things like more toppings on pizza, several variations of salads and some refreshing palate cleansers.
