Indian festivals can’t be celebrated without mithai. But making something different is always a challenge. While you can always have traditional gujiyas and jalebis, serving something a little hatke to your guests is always impressive. To help you add that uniqueness to your menu, My Kolkata caught up with MasterChef Kirti Bhoutika for some recipes.
Kirti, who owns Sugarplum Cakery in Salt Lake, has come up with a Holi-special menu by the baking brand. The menu has everything from bento cakes to dessert boxes. The sweets queen lets out two of her recipes from the Holi menu!
