Inspired by this, Park Street restaurant Burma Burma in Calcutta has curated a special menu called 'Vacation in Yangon that traces the diverse and distinct delicacies available in these tea rooms. Choose from tangy salads, soulful and hearty bites, spicy noodle bowls, and flavourful sweets, all accompanied by an extensive array of flavourful artisanal tea, coolers, lemonades and Bubble teas.

Crunchy Spring Roll Salad: This vegan dish combines the tartness of vibrant twin tomatoes with fresh bean sprouts and is elevated with a compelling combination of chilli oil and a zingy tamarind dressing. The spring rolls add crunch.

Shwe Palin or Downtown Falooda: This gluten- free dessert is a refreshing concoction of cold evaporated milk, flavoured jellies, creamy custard, and smooth ice cream.

Shwe Taung Khowsuey: The Shwe Taung Khow Suey at Burma Burma takes the regular dish many notches higher. This comforting bowl of noodles is immersed in a fragrant and light coconut curry with crispy fried noodles, a drizzle of chilli oil, and garnished with wedges of onion and lemon. The chilli and garlic amp up the dish.
