The Park has introduced a mouth-watering festival called Pork on a Fork for all the pork lovers out there. The festival started on February 8 and will be on till March 12 at The Bridge, The Park.
The festival is highlighting different cuts and styles of pork dishes from all over the world. The menu has been well researched to make it a special array of pork delights for the patrons, because of the popularity of the meat among Calcuttans. Classic pork dishes like Pulled Pork Burger, Honey Glazed Ham, Braised Pork Belly, and many more are on the menu. Pork on a Fork is all about celebrating the versatility of pork as an ingredient.
“The Pork Festival at The Bridge was conceptualised to highlight different cuts of pork and respective dishes on them using our internal research. We researched for close to a month and then executed multiple food trials to get the perfect results,” said chef Sunil Kumar P., executive chef of The Park.
