JW Marriott Kolkata has unveiled The Griffin Bar — a new zone located where previously JW Lounge was. The Griffin Bar is poised to carve its niche as the epitome of sophistication and style, offering a seamless transition from a coffee haven in the morning to a chic cocktail bar in the evening. The Griffin Bar derives its name from Griffin, a mythical creature (half lion and half eagle) that symbolises courage and strength of a lion and has the soaring flight and vision of an eagle.
From the traditional concept of JW Lounge, The Griffin Bar looks more swanky, and sophisticated, and has a very interesting bar, craft cocktails, food and also has an open-air space called Griffin Bar Alfresco where you can puff on shisha too!
Open from 4pm-3am, The Griffin Bar aims to redefine the nightlife scene of the city, and would cost approx Rs 2,000 per person for food and drinks.
