The best thing about the menu is that it features not only sweet, ripe mangoes but also tangy raw mangoes. The dishes include green mango salads, yummy pizzas like Mangorita (a mango version of the classic margherita pizza with tomato, basil, mango, and spice powder for the fusion, available in chicken and vegetarian options), Mango Thai Curry, Kaccha Keri Jhinga Champaran (whole garlic-infused spicy prawn curry with green mango), Aamti Murgh Rogni (special ground spices with green mango puree) and Aam Rasmalai for dessert.
Speaking about the festival, Santanu Guha Roy, general manager of Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport, said, “Mango has always been an integral part of our summer menu.
