The fiesta is not your average dim sum festival as The Park brings exotic flavours to your table with a unique range of dim sums made freshly by experts. From vegetarian to non-vegetarian and from poached to baos, this festival has dim sums of all shapes, varieties and flavours.Along with a zestful a-la-carte dim sum menu at the festival, the chef suggests trying the Dim Sum Experience, where the dim sums are served consecutively in a row to enhance your taste buds, starting from steamed dim sums and followed by poached, soup in dim sum, dim sum in soup, baos, pan-fried, fried puff and finally desserts.
