The holy month of Ramazan has started and JW Marriott Kolkata is celebrating the sacred month of fasting and prayers with a special Nawab and Nizam menu for the entire month. Curated by in-house chef Abdul Quddus at JW Kitchen, the menu focuses on a well-balanced meal at the star hotel.

“The focus is on a lot of kebabs, wholesome dishes, fruits, sherbet for any guest who is fasting and also for our patrons who want to indulge in the fare. The curation includes a lot of Nawabi dishes that will give a feel of royalty and luxury to the diners,” said chef de cuisine, Abdul.

The exquisite dishes will be on a rotation basis at JW Kitchen, laid in the buffet section. There is both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options but of course the focus is on more meaty dishes like Lamb Galouti, Nawabi Murgh Tikka, Nawabi Boti Kebab, Murgh Pista Qorma, biryani, haleem and more. Vegetarians can look for options like Palak Anjeera, Paneer Tikka Lazeez and Bharwan Patal Khaas.
