edabba, the popular cloud kitchen chain, has a new offering called Red Lantern that specialises in Oriental and pan-Asian flavours.
The menu has been curated keeping in mind the growing demand of various segments of consumers like students and working professionals.
With the launch of wok boxes and momo boxes as a part of their menu, the brand allows patrons to customise their own meal from a selection of soup, salad, main dishes and beverages.
Besides delivering well-packaged food, Red Lantern focusses on being easy on the pocket too!
“We are delighted to introduce distinguished Cantonese and Pan-Asian flavours in Calcutta. The Cantonese side of Chinese cuisine was first popularised in Tangra, Calcutta, while the rest of the country adopted a different style of Chinese food. With the launch of Red Lantern we seek to further grow the hugely popular Tangra food along with Oriental flavours in a more accessible format,” said Vedant Pasari, founder, edabba.
The brand is presently working with seven kitchens in the city and aims to expand its geographical reach.
