With a legacy of over four decades, House of Ming boasts of a rich Oriental architectural heritage that traces back to the Ming dynasty. The culinary tradition at the restaurant is a mix of traditional as well as innovative dishes.
Under the guidance of esteemed Chef Salem Lepcha from House of Ming, Taj Mahal New Delhi, it presents a menu that celebrates the rich heritage of Chinese cuisine while embracing contemporary culinary trends. Guests can look forward to a tantalising array of authentic dishes, meticulously prepared using the finest ingredients such as Asparagus Corn Dimsum, Lotus Stem Honey Chilli, Steamed Asparagus, Chilli Mustard & Tau Sou, Prawn Golden Garlic, Crispy Lamb, Braised Shiitake Mushroom, Sichuan Eggplant, Stir-fried Lobster, Stir-fried Chicken, Bamboo Shoot, Black Fungus, Sliced Lamb Spring Onion Black, Hand-cut Multigrain Noodles and much more.
