The outlet that always believes in offering something new to its guests time and again has rolled out this menu that has kept its Caribbean flavours intact with dishes like Cottage Cheese and Chicken Jaffa, Jerk Chicken and more.
Keeping in mind how Calcuttans love eating, they have included some local flavours like Kolkata Fish Fry, Tangra Style Fried Prawns to satiate foodies. That aside, keeping Gen Z guests in mind, there’s lots of healthy and quick bites with exotic ingredients. Binge on Avocado and Shrimp Salad with Cranberry, Artichoke Spinach and Creamy Cheese Pizza, Red Wine Poached Pear that feature on the menu.
“I have tried to keep it very classic and not experiment too much with the local dishes but yet add some new flavours to the overall menu. The idea is to keep the Raasta vibe intact, but evolve into something new. That’s what I have tried to do,” said chef Mohar Ali.
