From memories of summer holidays spent in our childhood to the zeal andanticipation of spending summers by the beach, Tales of Summer, the new cocktail menu at Sorano, features every summer emotion as five stunning drinks. Bacardi brand Grey Goose brings to Sorano a unique month-long collaboration to celebrate cocktail culture this summer. Sorano’s head mixologist Manoj Singh Rawat and Bacardi East India’s trade ambassador Ashitosh Narayanan have come together to create a stirring new menu of Sorano x Grey Goose signature cocktails is available as a limited-edition set of cocktails for over a month.
The Tales of Summer menu features bespoke drinks like Summer-sault, Garden Siesta, and more. At the fun launch activity, guests previewed some of these exclusive cocktails and learnt how to stir a signature Sorano x Grey Goose spritzer at a Tales of Summer mixology masterclass hosted by Ashitosh Narayanan last month. At the masterclass, there were also small bites curated by Sorano’s new executive chef Arun Karara. The elegant canapès included mouthwatering off-the-menu creations like Beetroot Tartare on Parmiggiano Cookie, Mushroom Phyllo Parcels with Arrabiata Emulsion, Avocado and Prosciutto Bruschetta, Lamb Bolognese and Hollandaise Tarts, Chocolate and Berry Profiteroles, and many more choices, alongside a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian pizzas.
The menu will close with an exclusive bar takeover night by Ashitosh Narayanan on June 24.
This golden drink is called Summer-Sault, which will give you a playful nostalgia for childhood afternoons spent outdoors, chasing the tangy aroma rustled up by tamarind trees dancing in summer storms. It is made by mixing Grey Goose vodka, tamarind liqueur, whey and pickle brine.
A Sweet Spiel will remind you of the sweet endings of summer movie nights. It is a comforting sip with mixed flavours of coffee beans and caramel made with Grey Goose vodka, in-house coffee liqueur, hazelnut espresso and popcorn syrup.
Vespershine will give you the feeling of summer sunsets on a beach when the evening descends but the final moments of the fading sunlight still glimmer on the tropical horizon. This red drink is made with Grey Goose vodka, coconut fat-washed Campari, pineapple shrub and citric.
