Everyone is looking forward to the festive season. Restaurants need to keep novelty and new food for experience. Occasions like this give us, and the chefs, a chance to have their creative juices flowing. It’s a good way to celebrate, and it also brings about a sense of adventure. These are very important facets of the food industry. The festival is also a way of non-resident Bengalis to reunite and savour meals in quality restaurants. Quest is ready to welcome diners,” said Sanjeev Mehra, VP, Quest. Here’s what you can expect to dig into.

SERAFINA:

BOMBAY BRASSERIE

The Durga Puja menu at the Indian fave, Bombay Brasserie, is a festive limited edition menu that will run between October 20 and 24. The Rajputana Murgh Soola Kebab is the perfect way to begin your meal at the outlet. Inspired by the hot and chilli-loaded cooking of Rajasthan, these kebabs come with a spicy and sweet dip that balance out the red chilli heat.

Vegetarians can relish the Hot Kadhi Samosa Chaat which is a sheer delight. Hot samosas loaded with chutney are served alongside freshly-made kadhi, with some green garlic chutney and bhujia. We couldn’t help but dig in.

Dessert lovers can opt for the Chocolate Rocky Road which has brownies, marshmallows, chocolate sauce, chocolate soil and vanilla as well as chocolate ice cream and can easily be shared by two to three people.
