Bengali Thali: A special platter on the menu that draws inspiration from Bangladeshi delights, this thali includes Zafrani Pulao served hot with Rajasthani Junglee Chicken, Hilsa Tangail Bhapa along with four types of bharta—prawn, black cumin, lote fish and ridge gourd.

Grilled Chicken Salad: This dish has lots of different kinds of vegetables like red cabbage, bell peppers, capsicum, with chunks of grilled chicken pieces. It is made unique with the inclusion of two different types of lettuce- lollo rosso and green lettuce. Tossed in barbecue sauce and topped with black olives, it has several layers to its texture that give the right balance of tastes.

Korean Chicken Wings: These juicy marinated chicken pieces are shallow fried in oil with Korean chilli paste as one of the key ingredients of the sauce including soya sauce and brown sugar as well. We loved how it is densely garnished with sesame seeds and chopped scallion.

“This idea has been there with me for many days because of my passion for cooking. Besides, I also have a strong attraction towards food items from various places that bear a strong native cultural influence. At Noa, we emphasise unique, indigenous Bengali delicacies and also want to strongly engage women workforce for our future endeavours who share a similar love for cooking”, said Leena Gangopadhyay, co-owner, Noa Cafe cum Boutique.
