“We were spread all over the city except the central part of it and there’s no better spot than New Market in central Calcutta. It is the oldest market attached with a lot of history and gets very high footfalls making it the perfect place for our brand new outlet. With the new outlet, we are introducing the new brand language. It’s a 10-year-old brand, the world is changing and we need to change with it. We want it to be more youthful and cooler and serve Indian food in a hearty environment,” said Abhimanyu Maheshwari, founder and CEO of Zing Restaurants.
